Welcome Back Night
We are asking the Trinity Lutheran School families to join us for a Welcome Back Night that will include a cook-out, Fun Houses, and a brief back-to-school meeting.
WHO: Students entering grades K-8 and their parents
WHEN: Tuesday, August 18, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
WHERE: Trinity Lutheran Church
WHY:
- Enjoy food and fellowship with other Trinity families
- Visit the new school store and purchase Trinity shirts, gym apparel and books if needed
- Participate in the new T-Shirt Swap
- Return completed school forms
- *Pay instructional fees - **$250 per student (Grades K-4) and **$275 per student (Grades 5-8)
*Keep in mind that if instructional fees for students in grades 1-8 are paid in full by August 18, you will have an opportunity to receive FREE school supplies! Those who pay 1/2 the instructional fee will be considered paid in full and will have an opportunity to receive free school supplies. Electronics (calculators and jump drives), backpacks, Bibles, Catechism books and gym uniforms are not included.
**You may pay half of the instructional fee in August. The other half will be due at the beginning of the 2nd semester, January 5, 2009.
Please contact the school office to arrange a time to pick up your family folder by Friday, August 14, if you will not be able to attend both the Parent Meeting and the Back to School meeting.
