Re-Enrollment Information

 

It is time to start thinking about the next school year, and there is no better place for your child than at Trinity Lutheran School.  Read on to view next year’s school calendar; find out what’s new next year, what next year’s tuition and fees are, how to re-enroll, how to apply for financial aid, and how to set up a monthly tuition payment account.

New next year:

·        We are adding a 5-day Pre-Kindergarten class.

·        We are decreasing the maximum class size from 28 to 22 for grades 1 – 8,  so get your registration in as soon as possible because classes may fill up.

 

Re-Enrollment Steps:

 

Financial Aid:

·        Click here to apply for financial aid consideration via FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.  Trinity families must apply by April 15, 2012, to be considered for financial aid.  This is a firm deadline.  The following information is required in order for FACTS to process your application:

1.      Signed and Completed online application

2.      Copies of your 2011 tax forms including all supporting tax schedules

3.      Copies of your 2011 W-2 form for both you and your spouse

4.      Copies of supporting documentation for the following types of income: Social Security, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers Compensation, and TANF.

·        Students entering Kindergarten may be eligible for a CHOICE Charitable Trust Scholarship.  Click here for more information and to print an application.  These scholarships are based on financial need and are given on a first come basis.

·       Please note that active church member tuition rates for Kindergarten – 8th grades have changed, but Preschool Tuition, Full Tuition, Registration, Instructional Fees and Preschool Supply Fees remain the same.

  1. Selected "YES" in Fast Direct.
  2. Printed, signed, and returned Re-Enrollment Agreement form. (Be sure to update parent information)
  3. Printed, completed and returned Tuition Payment Method form.
  4. Paid Registration Fee. (Registration Fee for 1st child increases after April 15)
  5. Applied for financial aid assessment via FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by April 15. (Optional)
  6. Applied for a CHOICE Charitable Trust Scholarship. (For students entering Kindergarten only)
  7. Set up FACTS monthly tuition payment account via eCashier. (If planning to pay tuition monthly)
  8. Printed, signed and returned Active Member Promise. (Optional for Trinity Lutheran Church members only)
