Re-Enrollment Information
It is time to start thinking about the next school year, and there is no better
place for your child than at Trinity Lutheran School. Read on to view next
year’s school calendar; find out what’s new next year, what next year’s tuition
and fees are, how to re-enroll, how to apply for financial aid, and how to set
up a monthly tuition payment account.

New next year:
·
We are adding a 5-day
Pre-Kindergarten class.
·
We are decreasing the maximum
class size from 28 to 22 for grades 1 – 8, so get your registration in as soon
as possible because classes may fill up.
Re-Enrollment Steps:
-
To re-enroll simply log onto Fast Direct and scroll down to where your child’s name appears, and select “YES” to “Returning
in 2012-2013” and “submit”.

Then,
click here to print, sign and return the 2012-2013 Enrollment Agreement
along with the registration fee. Your child is not considered enrolled
until the registration fee has been paid. Also, please note any changes to
your contact information on the Enrollment Agreement.
Financial Aid:
·
Click here to apply for
financial aid consideration via FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. Trinity
families must apply by April 15, 2012, to be considered for financial aid. This
is a firm deadline. The following information is required in order for FACTS to
process your application:
1.
Signed and Completed online
application
2.
Copies of your 2011 tax forms
including all supporting tax schedules
3.
Copies of your 2011 W-2 form for
both you and your spouse
4.
Copies of supporting documentation
for the following types of income: Social Security, Welfare, Child Support, Food
Stamps, Workers Compensation, and TANF.

Students entering Kindergarten may
be eligible for a CHOICE Charitable Trust Scholarship.

are given on a first come basis.

· Please note that active church
member tuition rates for Kindergarten – 8th grades have changed, but
Preschool Tuition, Full Tuition, Registration, Instructional Fees and Preschool
Supply Fees remain the same.
Tuition and Fee Payments:
-
Registration fees
are due at the time of enrollment. Save money by paying your registration
fee by April 15, 2012. Prior to April 15, the registration fee for your 1st
child is $100 and each additional child’s registration fee is $50. After
April 15, the 1st child’s registration fee will increase to $150.
- Preschool Supply
Fees are due prior to the first
day of school, August 27, 2012.
- Instructional Fees
for Kindergarten – 8th grade
may be paid biannually. The first half is due prior to the first day of
school, August 22, 2012, and the second half is due at the start of the 2nd
semester, January 22, 2013.
- Tuition
may be paid one of the followings ways:
- The recommended
method is monthly payments automatically withdrawn from a checking or
savings account via FACT Tuition Management. If you currently have a
FACTS monthly payment account, it will be rolled over to the 2012-2013
school year. If you do not have a FACTS monthly payment account, please
click here to access FACTS eCashier to set up your account.
- One annual lump
sum due August 1, 2012
- Biannually with
the first payment due August 1, 2012 and the 2nd payment due
at the start of the 2nd semester, January 22, 2013.

Preschool Enrollment:
- If you are enrolling your child in the
Pre-Kindergarten class, please contact the school office to let us know your
preference of either the morning or afternoon class. Keep in mind that
the registration fee must be paid in order to hold your child's spot in on
the class roster.
- If you have a child who will meet the preschool age
cut off date, and you are interested in enrolling them in our preschool,

account via eCashier. (If planning to pay tuition monthly)
- Printed, signed and returned Active
Member Promise. (Optional for Trinity Lutheran Church members
only)
