Trinity Lutheran School
Trinity Lutheran School was founded in 1872 as a mission to the Indianapolis community. The school has been offering a strong, Christian academic environment for over 145 years. The school serves students 6 weeks old to 8th grade. More information on the school ministry (tuition, curriculum, activities, etc.) can be found on the school page of our site.

Japanese Ministry
The Japanese Ministry is led by Rev. Thomas Going. They meet at Trinity each
Wednesday at 12:30 for Bible Study and they have a worship service at Trinity (in the
chapel) every 3rd Sunday at 11:30am. After the worship service they gather in the
conference room for lunch and fellowship.

The Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML) is the official women’s auxiliary
of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS). It has as its “mission heart” thousands of volunteers who are daily dedicating their lives to making a difference in this world. It is women who are finding avenues to use their God-given talents as they meet the challenges to share the Gospel message. It is composed of individual women and women’s groups within congregations of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod, on campuses, in resident homes, or in other settings.

C.A.R.T. – Christian Active Retirees of Trinity
The C.A.R.T. group meets every Thursday (year round) at 10:00am for devotions,
fellowship, and card games.

Trinity Circle is a ladies group that meets the first Wednesday of each month
(September thru June) at 11:00. They meet at a nearby restaurant for lunch then return
to Trinity for a short business meeting, and will sometimes have a guest speaker.

Men’s Basketball is an open gym night (adults) every Monday at 7:15pm. This is not
just for Trinity members, the community is welcome.

Men’s Bible Study meets every Thursday at 6:30pm, led by Pastor Ken.

Women on a Mission Bible Study meets every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm for
Bible study and fellowship. Come every week or just drop in when you can.

Trinity Great Banquet – The Great Banquet is a 72-hour experience, beginning on
Thursday evening and ending Sunday evening. For three days, guests live and study
together in a worshipful time of singing, prayer and discussion. During each of the
fifteen talks given by laity and clergy, the theme of God’s grace is presented. Guests
participate in the daily celebration of Holy Communion and examine more fully the
presence of Christ in His body of believers. They personally experience His grace
through the prayers and acts of a loving, Christian support community.
Twice a year there is a Men’s Great Banquet and also a Women’s Great Banquet. A

Trinity Food Pantry is open every Tuesday from 12:30-1:30 and serves around 120 people a week.  Donations of non-perishable foods can be made every day of the week.  

Trinity Get FIT – Trinity Get FIT meets Monday evenings at 5:30  for 50 minutes of cardio, core , and strengthening our muscles as we move to Christian music and have fun encouraging one another.  All ages are welcome and exercises are modified for any level of fitness.  If you have hand weights, bands, or a mat you may bring but not necessary as there are plenty to share.  We end our cool down in prayer and thanks.  Connect with others, get moving, and be more energized to do HIS will!!

Sunday Bible Classes, 9:45am

Choose one of the following classes Sundays to start Digging Deeper into the Word:

  • Wee Kids of the King (Infant-4yr) – Introduces children to God’s love through music, play, and easy Bible lessons.  Meets in the Fish room in the Commons.
  • JAM – Jesus and Me (PreSchool-5th Grade) – Uses old and new testament Bible lessons, songs, discussion, crafts and activities to help your child know, love, and serve Jesus.  Starts with opening songs and prayer outside the Fish room in the Commons.
  • Confirmation – Meets in the Library.
  • 6th-12th Grade – Uses the biblical teaching from weekly scripture readings and connects it to current events and real-world applications.  Meets in the back of the church office.
  • BLAST (Bible Learning and Sharing Together- Adult) – This bible study reads a book of the Bible, verse by verse, to discover truth and application. Meets in the Conference Room.
